Meet the first signature piece from Eldertide, Bbohe's evolving line inspired by Celtic heritage, natural landscapes and the enduring beauty of handmade felt.
These beautifully tactile slippers are wet-felted by hand using luxurious alpaca fleece, with a distinctive Celtic heart formed from handmade alpaca felt rope and carefully worked onto the front of each slipper. The heart is both a quiet nod to my Irish Celtic ancestors and a natural expression of Bbohe's own wild heart.
The felt is soft, breathable and wonderfully warm without feeling heavy. Each pair has the subtle variations and beautiful texture that can only come from something made slowly by hand.

Every pair is individually felted in Melanie's studio on the Southern Tablelands of NSW, using alpaca fibre from her own farm.
